Services

Two ways to work with us.

We set up Claude, Anthropic's AI, and train your in-house champion to own it, face to face. No ongoing fees. Or we run it for you as a managed service.

01
Option 01 · Setup

We set it up and walk away.

We set up Claude and train your people on it face to face, on your real work: at our Newcastle training office, or at yours for bigger groups. Two courses: a one-day foundations course that makes them Claude power users, and a three-day automation and apps course where they ship a real app, built with Claude. They walk out with a complete Claude toolchain in their names, an app you built together, and the playbook to keep going. Then we hand over the keys and walk away. No ongoing fees.

Everything they need, on us
  • Your people, set up end to end: fully equipped to build, on their own accounts.
  • A complete Claude toolchain: set up and personalised for your business.
  • Training that runs on your real work, with lunch on us every training day.
  • A real internal application, built together in the automation and apps course: a working pattern to copy.
  • Full playbook handover: the toolchain, patterns, and docs are theirs to keep.
  • Optional office hours after, paid per session, never a subscription.
Two courses, one program
Course 01

Foundations

Get set up and become a Claude power user. We check your infrastructure is on your machine, working properly, and talking to each other, then go through the whole Claude ecosystem and find the untouched gems you aren't aware of. You learn the decision map (when to chat, when to automate, when to build) and the one skill that separates power users: a good brief. Hands-on with Claude chat, Cowork and Design.

Course 02

Automation and Apps

Ship a real app. Scheduled tasks, routines, and managed agents, all in Claude, all built on the day. Then we build a real internal application together: you walk in a user and walk out a builder, and find out what it takes to be a software engineer. Entry is by application.

Full program: both courses, end to end, one booking.

Best for: anyone who uses a computer and wants to own their AI.

Format: foundations is 1 day, automation and apps is 3, the full program is 4.

Where: our Newcastle training office. Bigger groups and private cohorts: we can come to you.

02
Option 02 · Run

We run it for you.

Or, if you'd rather not run it yourselves, we can run it for you. This is the one exception to no ongoing fees: a managed service with a monthly fee. We build the apps, host them on our cloud, and keep them running. Your team uses them through a secure link. Working software live in weeks.

  • Discovery: we find the highest-value work to put AI on, with the people who do it.
  • AI app design and build: small sprints, working software every week, not slides.
  • Hosting and running: we keep your apps live, monitored, and patched on our cloud. Your team uses them through a secure link.
  • Rebuild when needed: if the process underneath needs fixing first, we do that before we put AI on top.

Best for: any business that wants AI live without running it in-house.

Time to live: depends on the build. Simple ones in a week, bigger ones take longer.

Where people get stuck

Can't map it? That's step one.

You know what you want. You just can't work out how to map it: which steps, in what order, owned by whom. That's exactly where we start. We map it with the people who do the work, then teach your champion to build it (or build it for you).

01

Map

Document how the work happens today, with the people who do it and the champion who'll own it.

02

Measure

Quantify the cost of inefficiency: time, money, errors.

03

Design

Decide the right solution for the right problem, and who builds it.

04

Build

Ship a working app, usually within 1 to 3 weeks. Your champion builds it with us, or we build it for you, then iterate on real usage.

Before you start

Not sure where your champion should start?

Start with an AI strategy sprint. We map how your business actually runs and pinpoint where your AI champion should start, so Setup begins on the work that pays for itself.

Standalone and useful before either path, but built as the on-ramp to Setup. Pay-as-you-go, scoped per engagement.

FAQ

Run, Setup, or build an app?

What AI do you actually teach?

Claude, Anthropic's AI. We set it up across your machines, in your names, and teach the whole ecosystem: chat, Cowork, Design, scheduled tasks, routines, managed agents, and a real internal app you build with us. One tool taught deep beats ten tools skimmed, and everything is taught on your real work, not demo data.

What's the difference between Run and Setup?

Setup is the in-house path: we set up your AI and train your people to build, through a one-day foundations course, a three-day automation and apps course, or the full program. Priced per person, one-time, no ongoing fees. Run is the managed path: we build, host, and run the AI apps for you, and your team uses them through a secure link. Run is a managed service with a monthly fee. Choose Setup to own it; choose Run if you want the outcome without running it.

Run has two options. What's the difference between the two?

One puts AI on work you already do, to make an existing job faster and less manual. The other builds a brand new internal app you don't have today. Both are us designing, building, and hosting it for you. The difference is whether we are speeding up something that exists or creating something new.

Who is the 'AI champion' in Setup?

The champion is the person who'll lead AI inside your business. They don't need to code, just a few hours a week and a willingness to try things. Training is priced per person with volume pricing from 2 seats, and we recommend training at least two people so the capability isn't a single point of failure. If you don't have a champion yet, we help you identify one.

How long does each path take?

Run depends on the build: simple ones ship in days, bigger ones in a few weeks, starting after a one-week discovery workshop. Setup is fast: foundations is one day, automation and apps is three, and the full program is four. Your people leave building.

Can we move between Run and Setup later?

Yes, both directions. Some teams start on Run to prove the value with a managed app, then move to Setup to bring building in-house. Others start on Setup, then ask us to host a couple of apps as Run. The work and the learnings carry across.

What if we don't know where to start?

Start with an AI strategy sprint. We map how your business runs, pinpoint where your champion should start, and leave you with a costed starting point. It works standalone, before either path, but it is built as the on-ramp to Setup.
