Week one with your AI champion.
The scariest part of bringing AI in-house is imagining the start. Here is exactly what week one of Setup looks like, so it stops being scary.
People do not hesitate over AI because they doubt it works. They hesitate because they cannot picture the start. Where do you begin? Who does what? What if it is over our heads? So here is the honest play-by-play of week one, the first of four.
Before we arrive
Almost nothing is asked of you up front. You pick two people: your champion (often your Business Improvement or operations person) and a partner, so the capability does not rest on one set of shoulders. We sort the accounts ahead of time so day one is not spent fighting logins.
Day one, foundations
We come in and set up the AI on their machines: the full toolchain, in their names, configured for your business. By the end of the day both people are live and have actually used it, not watched a demo. We also walk the whole Claude ecosystem and surface the gems most people never find.
They learn what to reach for
Early on we go through the decision map: for any task, when to just chat, when to build a small app, when to set up an automation, when to hand it to an agent. This is the judgment that makes everything else click. Less “learn to code,” more “learn what to reach for.”
The first real win
We do not stay theoretical. Within the first sessions your champion puts AI on something real from their own week, a task they already know is slow. Seeing your own annoying job get faster, with your own hands, is the moment it stops being abstract.
What you will not feel
Overwhelmed. No dumped manual. There is lunch, there are real problems from your business, and there are two people learning together so nobody is stuck alone. By the end of week one the question shifts from “can we do this?” to “what do we build next?”
Three more weeks take them from confident users to builders who walk out owning it. No ongoing fees, the keys are theirs.

We'll show you where AI fits the work you already do, and what it's worth once it's running. Then we point you to the best way to get there: we set you up to own it in-house (Setup, no ongoing fees), or we run it for you (Run, a managed service with a monthly fee).
